Potential is Universal. Opportunity is Engineered.
We are bridging the gap between rural education and the modern economy. A platform connecting high-potential youth to accredited skills and dignified careers.
The cost of inaction is a lost generation. The return on action is resilience.
The "Missing Middle" Crisis
Secondary education in Bangladesh is a success story. Employment is not. Thousands graduate annually into a void—without the funds or guidance to access technical training. This is a loss of human potential we cannot afford.
Bridging the Gap
For families in flood-prone areas, a diploma isn't enough. They need portable, resilient skills that travel with them. C3 removes the cost barrier and mitigates the social risk.
Target transition from selection to accredited training.
Inclusion
50%
Minimum young women in technical tracks.
Profile
"I have the grades, but the nursing institute is three towns away. My father is afraid to send me."
The Human Reality
Why We Built the Support Ecosystem
Fatima (19) passed her SSC exams with distinction in a chars region constantly eroding into the river. Her dream is Nursing—a high-demand, climate-resilient profession.
But talent isn't the bottleneck. Safety and Finance are. Without a safe hostel and a scholarship, her potential remains stranded. C3 wraps the "tech" of skills training in the "humanity" of safeguarding and mentorship.
We use data to identify high-potential youth, but we use empathy to onboard them. This involves Bengali-language assessments and deep family counselling to align aspirations with realistic market demand (IT, Nursing, Electrical).
02
The Safeguarding Ecosystem
This is the "Human Layer." We provide full scholarships, secure women-only hostels, and dedicated mentors. This ensures logistical barriers and safety concerns never trump human potential.
03
Green Skills & Placement
Training is not the outcome; a job is. We integrate solar and energy-efficiency modules into all trades and track every graduate for 9 months post-placement to ensure retention and fair wages.
